These terms cover your use of thepbjco.com and our text messages. The PB&J Co. is the trade name of PB&J, a sole proprietorship owned by Drew Wynne. We build websites and instant lead-reply systems for home service businesses.
Text message program
Program name: The PB&J Co. demo and service updates.
What it is: when you request a demo on thepbjco.com and check the box agreeing to texts, we send you a welcome text and a demo text showing how an instant reply to a customer's quote request would look. We answer if you text us back. If you also checked the optional box, we may send occasional texts about our services.
How often: message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
To stop: reply STOP at any time. We'll confirm and send no more messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Using our website
Our website and demo are provided as-is for information about our services. Work we do for clients is covered by a separate written agreement.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top.
