Privacy & Text Message Terms

Effective October 5, 2026

The PB&J Co. is the trade name of PB&J, a sole proprietorship owned by Drew Wynne. We build websites and instant lead-reply systems for home service businesses. This page explains what we collect through thepbjco.com, how we use it, and how our text messages work.

What we collect

How we use it

Who we share it with

We use a few service providers to run the demo, such as Twilio to send texts, Zapier to connect our tools, and Google to store form submissions. They only use your information to provide those services to us.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Text message terms

Program: The PB&J Co. demo and service updates.

How you sign up: by entering your mobile number in the demo form on thepbjco.com and checking the box agreeing to receive texts. Texts about our services require a separate, optional checkbox.

What you'll get: a welcome text and the demo text right away, replies if you text us back, and, only if you checked the optional box, occasional texts about our services. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.

Cost: message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@thepbjco.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep demo form submissions only as long as we need them to follow up. Email hello@thepbjco.com and we'll delete your information.

Changes

If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top. See also our Terms of Service.
